Charlotte, having Luxembourgish and Swedish nationality, holds a Swedish law degree as well as an LL.M in international business law from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. In 2000 Charlotte started her career with Ernst & Young in the Netherlands and also worked at Ernst & Young's Chicago office where she was coordinating tax driven restructuring for US multinationals.

Charlotte has spent more than 17 years within the Luxembourg financial sector, as a partner at an independent Trust Company and as Head of Wealth Structuring at Merrill Lynch. Charlotte has gained extensive experience in structuring private equity and real estate transactions as well as in implementing cross border structures for multinational companies and HNWIs.

In her role, Charlotte oversees the Group’s Business Development activities for Corporate & Private Clients across Europe, North America and South America. Primarily responsible for consolidating and strengthening new client and partner relationships, Charlotte’s responsibilities also include intra-Group cross-selling opportunities, initiating regional market entry strategies and ensuring all business development teams have a supportive platform to work from.
